Epping Town Centre, Epping

Oakstand partnered with Canjs to Master Plan the Epping Town Centre project, a strategically located large land holding in the heart of Epping. The site includes a trading Coles Supermarket and commercial office tower, with an amalgamated land area of 1 hectare.

The project will deliver much-needed specialty retail, a modern full-line supermarket offering and commercial office space, increasing the employment opportunities in the Epping Town Centre in line with its role as a strategic growth centre in the Sydney Metropolitan Area.

The mixed-use development will be centred around a public plaza, a full-line supermarket with supporting specialty retail with food and beverage offerings and a new publicly accessible open space area, including a play space, in a central destination not currently available in Epping.

Two residential towers totalling 400 apartments will be located above the retail and commercial in a truly integrated mixed-use development, with improved connectivity to Boronia Park and the Epping Transport Interchange.
